XL4502 Stretch film wrapper with top presser

I. Introduction
Winding mechanical works will be wrapped around objects placed in the central turntable, turntable motor starts rotating, naturally driven wheel rotation, the periphery of the object to achieve a stretch film machine. Film holder is powered pre-stretch type , film stretch can be reached to 250%, reduce the film comsumption.film feed speed is adjustable ,controlled by independent DC Motor. Film holder up and down speed are adjustable .material of the film holder frame adopts the pure cast aluminum, light and stable , rubber covered roller is abrasion resistant type with long life.It is easy to pull the film and attached on the product manually.up and down system is realised by double chain ,stable and reliable.it`s PLC controlled ,top and bottom wrapping layers ,cycles ,time to wrap over the top ,reinforce layer0-9 ,all can be set on the control panel.
Easy operation:only have to push the "Run"button , the whole process is automatic .the photocell can automatically detect the product height.
Selected electric control parts , are with high reliablity ,easy to adjust between "manual" and "Automatic".
